Remnants are pieces that come from the making of other elements—cut-aways, sections, or by-products created during the process of building a larger work. They are not scraps, but smaller pieces that remain once the primary element is finished and no longer need them.

These are from a background piece. Cotton fabric painted with watercolor paint fused to TimTex. Painted cheesecloth and fused Angelina fibers were added and machine stitched. It’s a lovely background. There are 6 pieces, the 4 larger pieces are approx. 2.5″ by 3″ and the 2 smaller ones are approx. 2″ by 2.5″. Being sold as a bundle of 6.
